This Christmas, experience something truly special.
The Arms Family Museum welcomes visitors inside the story of one of America’s most beloved holiday traditions with White Christmas: The Exhibition, a rare presentation of original costumes, memorabilia and historic artifacts connected to White Christmas, Holiday Inn and Irving Berlin’s iconic song.
White Christmas: The Exhibition
For generations, Irving Berlin’s “White Christmas” has been part of the soundtrack of the holiday season. This year, Memories of Christmas Past invites visitors to discover the remarkable story behind the song and the films that helped make it a Christmas tradition.
The exhibition traces that history from Irving Berlin’s creation of “White Christmas” through Holiday Inn and the beloved 1954 film White Christmas.
Visitors will encounter original costumes and rare artifacts connected to the people, music and films that made holiday history, including pieces associated with Fred Astaire, Bing Crosby, Rosemary Clooney and the spectacular musical production of White Christmas.

Our 2026 Memories of Christmas Past will run from November 14th through December 31st, with extended hours on Saturdays in December from noon to 7PM. We hope to see you this year!

Holiday open hours will be Tuesday through Sunday, Noon to 4:00 pm, and Saturdays in December from noon to 7:00 pm
Admissions and additional gift shop space for Memories of Christmas Past will be in the Stewart Media Archives Center directly behind Arms Family Museum, just steps away from the entrance.
The admission fee includes a same-day visit to all MVHS sites.

The Hands-On-History Room will again be transformed into a Christmas-themed experience for visitors of all ages.
As is our tradition, both new and vintage merchandise will be for sale. We’ll have a large variety of gift items and shopping areas, however, no discounts will be available for vintage sale items.
Tyler History Center and its gift shop at 325 W. Federal Street will also be open to the public during regular hours, Tuesday through Sunday.
